Direct for PQS

• -Replacement of Dry Air Coolers (2 V Bank Type) in sequence whilst keeping cooling available to all areas (Circuit by circuit);
• -Crane lift of the main plant overnight works and full weekend for change-over to enable full cooling availability by Monday morning;
• -Plant base supports (Steel works);
• -AHU Refurbishment and full ductwork cleaning of existing system (Night works);
• -Refurbishment of existing Chillers;
• -Replacement of existing Side stream filtration units;
• -Remedial works to base build fan coil units and valves.
