Rolls Royce Headquarters, London

On behalf of the client (Rolls Royce) this project involved the refurbishment of 38,000+ sq ft of office area to CAT B standard.

The fit-out to floors 6 & 7 consisted of:

• -New and Relocated FCU’s;
• -New Air Conditioning to Comms rooms;
• -BMS Controls;
• -New Services to Catering Kitchen;
• -New Services to WC/ Shower areas;
• -Sprinkler Alterations;
• -Lighting & Power Alterations;
• -Feature Lighting;
• -UPS to Comms Room.

Working in conjunction with the main contractor (Paragon Interserve) this project is noted for a short 14 week programme inclusive of design development. The contract required the site be made available for Rolls Royce to start migration from their previous office to stringent timescales.
