Direct for client within occupied office building working environment. Mala Special works were employed to undertake the two number 150kW Boiler Replacements including primary and secondary pumps in sequenced to ensure LTHW was still available to the occupied office floor.

• -Gas pipework modification to suit new boiler configuration;
• -Installation of new boiler flues;
• -Ventilation for boiler room;
• -Power and controls modifications;
• -Plant positioning by specialist plant movement contractor;
• -Commissioning of all new services.
