CAT A, 4 PIPE FCU's on show services with a high specification finish. WC Cores refurbished throughout with a new shower block within the basement. The main challenge of this project was the Upgrades to the Main Air Handling Plant while tenants in occupation and the Chiller Change while tenants in occupation.
