Abbey View Business Park, St Albans

On behalf of the client (Threadneedle Property Trust Ltd) this project involved the refurbishment of 31,000+ sq ft of office area to CAT A standard.

Under a Design & Build contract the fit-out included a full strip out of existing services replaced with new, consisting of:

• -VRF Fan Coil Units & Plant;
• -Air Handling Units;
• -LTHW Heating;
• -BMS Controls;
• -Central Core WC Services;
• -Lighting & Power;
• -Switchboards.

Working in conjunction with the main contractor (Parkeray) this project was completed on time and within budget.
